Danielle is a personal trainer, movement coach, Pyramid Breath Facilitator, and owner of DCFIT- which operates out of this property. Danielle offers classes and private training designed to help people feel stronger, more mobile, and more connected to themselves.
As a fellow traveler, Danielle understands the need to explore and experience, while still wanting to move and train. She also understands the deep pull towards meditation, especially in peaceful and inspiring environments.
So, for those moments when you want to get in a quick sweat session or move through breathwork, you can join a class, reach out to Danielle to book a 1:1 Personal Training Session, or drop into a Pyramid Breathwork Meditation during your stay!
During the warmer seasons, classes often take place outdoors, allowing movement and nature to work together. During the colder months classes are held inside a private gym space.
Personal training is offered with Danielle Crease (DCFIT) and is designed to support you in building strength, resilience, and confidence in your body—even during travel.
Sessions are tailored to you: your experience and what your body needs that day. The focus is in supporting your needs after long drives, flights, or adventures!

You’ll move through a mix of strength, mobility, and conditioning, with options always available so you can adjust the experience to your level.

Meditation gatherings are an invitation to slow down and turn inward.
These sessions are designed to help you step out of the noise of daily life and reconnect with your breath, your body, and your inner landscape. Through guided practices, somatic releases, and shared space, you’ll have the opportunity to release tension, gain clarity, and settle into a deeper sense of presence.
Whether you’re new to meditation or have an existing practice, these gatherings offer a grounded, supportive environment to explore healing and connection—within yourself and alongside others. Gatherings are held on the 3rd Sunday of each month and we'd love for you to drop in and join!
